DO NOT GO HERE Between two different incompetent doctors not communicating with each other, they managed to mistakenly drill a new hole in my tooth (they were supposed to be refilling an existing hole). This caused me immediate pain, and I had to return to the office 2 more times because something was obviously wrong. On the final visit is when the mistake was caught. I was very upset and requested that they wipe my bill clean for the entire experience. I was told they will "see what they can do". This dragged on for over a year. I had to re-explain the situation to half a dozen people half a dozen times, and nobody ever got back to me. But I continued to receive bills in the mail. Even as I threatened to sue for medical malpractice, I fell on deaf ears. This company does not care about doing the right thing. They take no accountability and it is not worth taking the chance, even if you think you just need a simple, cheap service. I had to get a double root canal (with a different company) to correct the problem, and in the end this whole thing ended up costing me a lot of money and I STILL had to pay for the botched job that Dental Care of Egg Harbor did. And it's not

Very courteous staff but the wait times are ridiculous!!!! The first time was 2 hours after I was scheduled to be seen and the second time was the same. There is no respect for customers time. When people try to leave and reschedule they are booked out for a few weeks well in advance but I can’t seem to figure out why. I mean you can only apologize for the wait so many times before the situation becomes frustrating for both the patient and staff.

Brigantine Dental On The Outskirts of Atlantic City New Jersey Is A Joke & Very Racist. I Had A Bad Tooth That Was Cracked I Waited 3 Months To Finally Get A Open Appointment So I Go To My Appointment At 12:30pm & I Sit In Lobby & Wait I'm The Only Blk African American Person There. 3 White People Walked In & Got Seen Before Me They Finally Call Me In At 2:30pm They Take Pictures Then Tell Me I Need An Extraction Or They Can Save The Tooth With A Crown Im Like Do Crown The Doctor Like Ok Sit Tight. I Waited 20min For Them To Tell Me The Doctor Left For The Day He Leave At 2pm You Need To Schedule Appointment Before 2pm To See Doctor. I Told Them My Appointment Was At 12:30pm Y'all Let All Them White People Come In & Get Seen Before Me. So They Rescheduled Me For Friday 1:30pm Knowing The Doctor Leave At 2pm.

Have been a patient for a long time and this place has gone down hill since the normal hygienist has been out. The woman who cleaned my teeth didn’t polish all of my teeth. She only polished a couple of places. I asked the dentist when he was done checking my teeth if someone was going to polish them and he sent her back but she said she already did. I wasn’t going to argue. They don’t have a full time hygienist yet. The woman at the front desk is wonderful.

In short: All four of my appointments over the span of 7 months had been rescheduled, or cancelled (without prior notice) I made an appointment to have a cleaning done- I was specific about it over the phone. Why? Because four months ago I scheduled a cleaning at Aspen Dental, but they didn't tell me until I walked in the door that they can only give me an x-ray. So I got confirmation from them over the phone that this would be for a cleaning, and that I didn't need new x-rays A day before my appointment I get a call saying that because they are "short-staffed" on my day, they'll need to push it back a week. Fine. I take time off work to arrive, they ask me what I'm here for. Again, I tell them my appointment is for a cleaning. So they do an x-ray and examination, and afterwards told me that my cleaning was cancelled because "don't have time" to do a cleaning. The one I had an appointment for. And that their next availability is in 5 months. Otherwise they were nice folks but someone dropped the ball. I had even cancelled an appointment for a cleaning at another dentist office because it wasn't until the end of January, whereas this one could schedule me a month earlie
